You get always the latest version, 9.x at the moment. Also updates are included, so you´ll get all future versions, too. (Older versions can be downloaded in the member area as well.)
The registration fee is 12 EURO, what is about 12 US$.
The demo version quits automatically after 15 minutes and the TV mode is concluded. The program can be started again directly. There are no limitations in options. If an option is greyed in your version then it might be that the TV chip used on your card doesn´t support this feature. The help file will clear this question.
Yes, all updates are included.
That depends mainly on the payment method. Credit card payment is the fastest way and the registration is processed within 24h max, usually much faster. When using debit entry it shouldn´t take longer then 48h. The time for transfers depends on the bank institute only and can take up to 4 business days in some cases.
Some shareware companies send the registration data immediately after you filled out the form on the homepage. This looks very comfortable on first sight, but has a drawback: The fraud quota is quite high because these systems don´t recognize incorrect or fraud credit card data oftenly. This produces high costs which has to be payed by the customers. That does not happen at JBMedia. All orders are verifeid quickly and safely manually. Only by doing this it is possible to offer TVTool for a price of 12 EURO.
After registration you get your personal registration data and the TVTool version for registered users. Both is sent via email. If you don´t have an email address it can be sent via normal post as well. The registration includes updates and support by email.
This is no problem at all. Your data is stored in a database and can be requested at any time. The data is stored confidentially, no third party has access to it!
